I think things are slowing down at California Service Center ... it's been past my estimated dates which VJ predicted ... Dec 5 - Dec 10 ... and today is Dec 12. *sigh* Gotta be patient. And I check other timelines that filed around the same times, no NOA2 approvals, only with exceptions with cases from the Philippines, probably because those cases are expedited. sad.png

That's probably why we all got excited due to VJ computer program glitch. VJ's computer program doesn't know Philippines got expedited. Tracked them as regular petitioners. idea9dv.gif

So jealous of all you guys! It's taken no time at all for you so far. We filed I-129f back in May and I got it approved in October! Then my stuff from the embassy in November. Now I'm waiting for the interview. It was a loooooooong summer waiting for the petition to be approved. Most of you guys looked to have had it approved in a matter of weeks!

I know the feeling. I filed in May this year. Got RFD for document already enclosed but obviously lost. But because of Yolanda and her being from affected area i was able to get it expedited. Approved finally November 25. Well at least we're on our way to NVC.

The petitioner has to call them and find out if they have the correct address. It may be something easy and simple to fix.

.

I called them and they gave me some kind of number I gues that's the expedite number and they said that it will take up to 30 days and she looked up my case and said oh your fine you already got accepted now I just have to see what's going to happen next because I don't know if they send something to me in the actual mail or my email or whatever it's frustrating idk at all

I had something similar happen about a week ago. I called USCIS to request expedite (they said it takes 5 days) so I called yesterday to check on the status. the

USCIS operator said they sent a letter saying they could not match my profile with the delivery address. #######?! Sounds like the operator I spoke with made a typo when inputting all the details of my case. It seems that even when giving your receipt number that doesn't link your profile and personal details. Very odd.

Lost a week for nothing basically and had to resubmit the expedite request. T__T;;

So what happened where did they send you that expedite number did they email you or did you get it in the actual mail because they told me 30 days and I have no idea if it's going to take that long or is it going to be quicker ? What did you get after that and where did u get it ?
