Well, I technically sent my I-129f on Oct 28th, so you'd figure we'd be October fillers. But it's close enough!

I got my NOA1 on Nov 1st.

I do hope this is a smooth and fast journey for all of us.

Anyway, Good Luck! :)

I just submitted my I-129f form today.

We are prepared for the eight month journey but I hope it is sooner.

seems like its going a lot faster lately! I read that people have been getting their noa2 like 30 days or less after noa1! hopefully things stay this fast!

I'm getting so anxious about getting noa1, though! my fiancé is a lot calmer than me, but I keep refreshing the email constantly to look for the email hoping it will arrive!

I keep worrying something's wrong :( like that we forgot to sign something or a problem with the check? I think I'll feel a lot better once we have noa1 because then I'll know we're in the system :P I just see so many people getting noa1 so fast and it's making me nervous! anyone else feel like this it am I just being silly? Makes me wish we had filled early October instead, because of how fast processing went that month. Who would have predicted that USCIS would keep working during the shutdown...

Well at least I hope that they have lowered they work load and it still goes a bit faster than usual, maybe not 30 days... but before 5!

Hang in there, you will get your NOA1 soon. If you send the g-1145 form, then you should get an email between 3 and 4 days (of course the weekend doesn't count) after it arrived. I think the worst part comes after NOA1 though, because months can go by without ANY update and that WILL drive me nuts!

But oh well...

I am not a very patient person, I am nervous and I get stressed and obsessed over everything ... xD So I am hoping I don't lose my mind. My Fiance on the other hand is THE most patient person I know, so he is not even worrying about any of this 0_o!

Well I am just hoping I can get some peace of mind by posting here and getting to know all of you! :)

My fiancé is very calm and patient about it, he keeps telling me it will be fine and that we did everything right and not to worry :P I am very impatient though and I worry so much xD

I wish we filed in October too! Especially when I saw the shortest time between NOA1 and NOA2 was only like 18 days for someone? Wow they're super lucky haha! I guess it all depends on service center as well!

and yeah If I don't count the weekend, it's only been about 3 days so far! really hoping we get it today as we did send the e-notification form :P

I'm thinking that since my fiancé is from Utah, we will get the California center? At least I hope so since it seems quicker than Vermont!

Hoping you get your NOA2 really fast! That would be awesome! :) and yeah I think posting on here helps a lot, as there's so many helpful people who are going along with this process too or they have already been through it :P so they can help with any questions or worries ^^

I am a little worry about RFE. I followed the guideline to the teeth and I have all documents. The only thing that worries me is the G-325A and Intent to Marry paper work.

G-325A Form

I filled out the form for my fiancé and then emailed it to her for her to sign. She then may a copy and sent it back to me.

I'm not sure if she should of snail mail me the form instead of emailing me it because now the signature is a copy. I hope I don't get RFE for that.

Also when she sent it back to me, some of the font was very light. I filled it in with a pen so hope I don't get RFE for that as well.

On my G-325A, I put my parents birthday as unknown because I don't know it. Wonder if I will get an RFE for it. Yes I don't know it and I won't ask for it because we have very shaky relationship (Long Story).

Letter of Intent to marry

Same as above. I sent her the document and she signed it and emailed it back to me. I am wondering if she should of snail mail it to me because the signature is consider a copy.

I don't know. I am worry and crosses my finger on this. Also I really hope to get my NOA1 in a week or so and 30-50 days for the NOA2 would be great. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst....

We sent in the original signed G-325 i sent it to my Fiance filled out and signed, and he filled out his forms and signed it thats how we sent it in. I also heard of people sending in copies of the form so i assume you should be fine.

But i understand your worries since the day we sent out our petition i am constantly thinking about if we put everything in and if we did it right. We also forgot to add the G-1145 form so it will take longer until we know what is going on.

But we all have to stay positive and just think that all will work out.

I'm a bit concerned about getting an RFE also! For the passport style photos we both followed the guides to take your own photos on the US passport site, hopefully they are good enough, but if not I guess that means an RFE :( I also think that we might get an RFE because I filled out my G-325a wrongly in the employment section

As for yours, i think they do PREFER original copies. You could ask her to mail you the original copies instead, just in case, and then if you did get an RFE, you'd already have them ready to mail to USCIS :) but I really hope it'll be okay and that you get accepted first try! Good luck ^^

We sent in the original signed G-325 i sent it to my Fiance filled out and signed, and he filled out his forms and signed it thats how we sent it in. I also heard of people sending in copies of the form so i assume you should be fine.

Its a shame about the G-1145 :( but you'll get the paper copies soon enough I think! ^^ And haha I've been worrying non stop, but I'm sure we'll all be fine :P

good luck everybody! fingers crossed we all get out NOA2's real fast (and NOA1s if we havent already!) i'm following the topic so i can support you guys! :D
