My wife is confusing me

Jeremy: I may give you advice you do not want to hear but I believe, you, as a trained physcian will have a lot of success in your life. If I were you (and this is just my advice as a "forum friend") I would just give up this whole and move back home. You'll get a good job at home, you'll find someone you love and someone who loves you for who you are. You have so many promising happy future, will have an awesome job, and just forget about this whole thing. I believe if you abandon your green card application by notifying USCIS that won't bite you in the back in the future at all. They'll see, you really didn't marry your wife just for fishing for a green card. You are an honest man, who married a US citizen, started the legal aspects, but your marriage is not how you imagined, you don't need the green card, and willing to give that up. That will actually show good moral character to USCIS and in the future in case you happen to marry a US citizen again it will actually show that you are not out for green card. However, if you stay as you are right now, it might bite you in the ####### later on and hence create a record as a person who committed "visa fraud" and just stayed around to get his green card. I believe as a trained physcian you can go back home and get a job and live a healthy life. This toxic relationship that is so shaky and might put you in a deeper trouble later on is not one you need. Everybody have different opinions here, but in my opinion, stupid green card doesn't worth that much as to have all this trouble and risk that it involves considering how "lovely" your wife is. She might get only worse by time, and although yes, people can file for ROC alone, how strongly will you be able to show that she was abusive to convince USCIS that it's really her that made this miserable....that's questionable. Anyway, this is my opinion, at the end of the day, the decision is yours! Good luck with whatever you decide!

Thank you sir for your honest comment. I am happy there are individuals who think out of the darwinian view, "the fittest survive". If I were an advantage taker, life would have been easier than I imagined.I have been here seeking the truth and honesty;I know God will reward me someday and I am happy to decide this.I have already made my mind to return back. I am not sure how to return the card as it is in my wifes hand; but I will try talk to a lawyer.I am planning also to end the marriage back home, doing my regular activity.The whole process took two years from my professional life.I will try to catch up; I have also invested a lot of money, may be the amout I could buy a house in my coutry currency.It is good to be alive and healthy,everything is additional.May be the gods are sarcastic on my decision;I dont know what they have reserved for me.But I am sure it is not the life now am facing. I am not ready to be part of canibalism where I have to attack someone to make my life better. I am better of myself.Thanks friends

BTW most of us guys get confused by our wive's. But your wife truly sounds like a nut case.
