Confuse in priority date of F2A

HI all my

priority date is April 2012 under F2A .

NO2 received on Oct. 2013 case transfer to NVC.

NVC cut-off dates SEP,08,2013.

I have to wait at NVC for further processing because my I-130 approved in OCT. 2013 or they will work on my case because my priority date is APRIL, 2012

They will work on your case since your PD is before the cut off date. As long as it stays the same in the next months you should be fine. Keep an eye on VB

You're right on 'the edge'

so

instead of chasing the retrogression or worrying about 'current' -

talk with NVC (the petitioner, that is) and ask if the casefile is there.

if it's there, go on with NVC Doc intake and processing.

There was a flip to current for August and September, and some folk in October,

so

instead, chase your casefile.

Your PD is April 2012. Since you were already approved, you have to contact NVC for your case number and invoice identification number (IIN) so you can pay your fees and submit all necessary documents. You don't wait for NVC to contact you, you have to be proactive and call them.
