RFE after I-485 interview，please give me some suggestion.

I have finished the interview on October 22, 2013.In the interview Because we gave them the wrong marriage certificate（not offical），So IO asked us some questions and did not approve our I-485 immediately，gave us a paper tell us "your case is being held for review".The second day October 24 after interview we receive the letter “Request for Evidence”which did not tell us the address and we just saw the address of uscis local office on the top right corner and the the name of IO in the left bottom of the letter. we send the letter with "the offical license and certificate of marriage"to the uscis local office and write the name of IO we saw in the left bottom of Request for Evidence letter in the envelope on October 24.Is the address right what I write in the envelope？My Current Case Status still "Testing and Interview",no any update for one week！I do not know if the uscis have received my letter.What can I do now?

You could make an Infopass appointment at the local office and ask directly whether it was received or not.

Day 341 (12/10/18) Interview was scheduled for 1/14/19

Day 376 (1/14/19) Interview

Day 385 (1/23/19) Denied

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX
