Complete I-129F Packet with all pages Images!

So i have completed my I-129F Packet today and it looks something like this (Missing the picture of "Proof of having met in the past 2 years/Attachment of Question 34A but are in the packet.)

Packet:

First page: G-1145

Second Page: Content Table

Third page: Payment Cheque

Fourth Page: Original I-129F Form:

Fifth Page: Attachment to Question 34A

Hidden

Sixth Page: Petitioners G-325A

Seventh Page: Beneficiary's G-325A

Eight Page: Copy of Birth Certificate/US Passport

Nineth Page: Letter's of Intent by both Petitioner & Beneficiary.

Tenth Page: Proof of having met in the last two years

Hidden

Eleventh Page: Proof of Ongoing Relationship

Its ACCO Fastened and Tabbed for easier access. What do you guys think? So far thanks for the help in completing my Packet.

It looks nice and neat but it's not really necessary since they are going to remove and throw the file anyways.

They will want to file your documents in their own file and in their own way.

Looks great but I'd recommend putting your photos in clear ziploc baggies and attaching the baggies to a blank sheet of paper that goes behind the corresponding G325A. Also I wouldn't keep your papers in those laminated sleeves. I followed the advice of seasoned VJ'ers and two-hole punched the top of every sheet of paper in my application packet and used the ACCO fasteners. That makes it very easy for anyone working on your case file to easily remove papers for copying, etc.

Can you tell me wht the punch holes though? For them to file it easier in there own filing system? If that so, does it even matter if i send it in Sleeves folder or any other?

no don't punch holes in your documents and other papers no binders no folders. just keep it neat use a large clamp on top when your file gets to the uscis it's all taken apart and put their way any binders or folders would be put in trash.

I guess but the binders are important to keep the documents together in order. I know they throw everything away to make there own folder but speeding up there process helps others.

I know a lot of effort was put into these binders, but in all honesty, binder clamps would be a lot better. It would actually make things a lot more accessible and easier for the person processing the application. I'm sure for the person opening up tens of applications a day the last thing they want to do is have to go and dismantle folders and throw a bunch of stuff away.

To be fair, I had a folder for my 129F application, and all the junk inside actually slowed us down in the Tokyo Embassy. For the AOS and ROC I kept it simple with cover pages and binder clips.

Also while the handwritten labels would be fine for personal records, in my opinion they would come across as sloppy in a professional setting.

Sure, I use a label maker to mark all my boxes and files at home, but then I'm a little neurotic when it comes to being organised.

For I-129F filing purposes though, I don't think you need to label the individual forms and separate them. You have a cover page - just put the documents in the order they're listed on the cover page and clamp all the pages together. Plus you stand a greater chance of someone losing your papers if they have to disassemble your package, pull each page out of the plastic sleeves and put them all back together again.

hi guys can you help, we are trying to download the form i129f in the website but its seems it cant be download, me and my fiancee are having trouble downloading the form, thats the only thing we need to have it mailed.
