Can I file my I-131 after sending in my other forms

I just sent in my adjustment of status packet, I sent my spouse I-130, my I-485, the I-765, I-693 and my spouse's I-864. I didn't send the I-131 as i don't have a planned trip but now i am thinking if i don't get the green card until a year or so and if I need to travel to Jamaica I would need the AP. DO my fellow VJ forumites think i can go ahead and send in the I-131? do I have to wait until i get the receipt, we just filed yesterday, and then send it in with the A number and receipt number? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yes you can. You will need to send a copy of the NOA1 from the I-485, so you will need to wait for that to come.

Do U have an emergency must travel reason?

Just asked as I've heard of ppl denied entry

(although rare) with advance parole

I don't just would like to be able to travel if in case of anything, my mom lives in Jamaica and i'm her only child so if in case she was to take sick or anything just want to have a plan. Thanks all for the responses
