Bringing wife to US to visit?

Hi. I'm a US citizen and will be getting married next month in Jordan. After discussing this with my fiancee we decided that she will not be moving to US in the meantime and we will be just visiting each other. My question is would it be possible for my soon-to-be wife to get visitor visa to visit me in the states 1-2 times a year. She doesn't work so it's easier for her to come and visit. Once she is ready to immigrate we will file I-130.

Unlikely coming from her country and no strong ties. Not working isn't a plus.

When she applies for a visitor visa she has to show strong ties to Jordan and convince immigration she woud return. With a husband in the US she has shown where her strong ties now are and more difficult to prove.

She has kids from previous marriage live with their dad and she wants to be able to see them.

You means her kids live in US with their dad ad she wants to visit or their in Jordan?

If they live in US even more reason to deny her?

The chances are slim to none that she will be issued a visitor visa from Jordan while being married to a US citizen. They will assume she has immigrant intent, with or without children living in Jordan. The CO will probably assume she will try to immigrate and file for her children to join her after she arrives. Like others have said, she will have a big uphill battle. Good luck.
