What do you think the OP is about? I took a quick look and could not find any reference to any conviction of one Harvey Milk as a sexual offender. But we can hate on him all the same because he was gay, right?

But I don't think it's the homosexuality that's being discussed in this story, rather the age differences and emotional manipulation. If true, of course.

True. However, in these United States the age of consent varies depending on the state. Even if he were alive today, it would be legal for him to have sex with a underage individual in almost all states. Only a few states consider 18 the age of consent. (No, it does not sweeten the pot though...)
