When do i need to have approval by?? WORRIED :(

I have just noticed my K1 visa expires on the 24th November but the stamp when i entered the U.S says 23rd December. Does it mean I need to have approval to stay in the country by the 24th nov or the 23rd dec,i'm confused and worried...

Once you entered the US your K-1 visa was dead, gone. When you entered the US, you got a stamp in your passport for 90 days of legal presence. You need to be married before that date.

Then, you need to file for adjustment of status. Once you file the AOS you will begin a new period of authorized stay. You will most certainly not have approval by December, but that is okay. You remain in the US now. There is no deadline to file AOS, but you won't be able to leave the US and return or work or drive or other things, until you file.

Did you get married? If so, you should file for your adjustment of status. The visa was a one time visa used to enter the country with the purpose of marrying in the US. You should get married within 3 months of entering the country and you should file the AOS as soon as possible or before your visa expires.
