I've received this email from the consulate:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your email. Once the applicant is scheduled for an interview, an appointment letter will be mailed to your mailing address.

Could anyone explain to me what does it mean? Am I suppose to schedule an interview or are they going to schedule it for me? Because I already emailed em saying I am ready for the interview, and then they replied with that ^

If you haven't received packet 3 from the consulate yet, here is a link to it online. http://photos.state.gov/libraries/jerusalem/328666/visa_forms/packet-3-k1-k3-applicants.pdf

Fill out Form DS-2001 (4th page in Packet 3) and mail or email it to the consulate. The Jerusalem consulate will then schedule the interview for you and send confirmation. Read Packet 3, it will detail everything you need to complete and bring with you to your interview.

You'll get a letter in the mail containing the date/time. You can also email them and ask if they can email it to you. It took weeks for the packet 3 and interview letter to arrive in the mail for my fiancee so we ended up emailing the consulate often. In general, they were pretty responsive.
