Congrats man, pray for us too we've been waiting for more than 3 years too now!

I need guidance as we are really confused. Our Priority date is 27 september 2001. We were interviewed at the ISL embassy on 10 jan 2011. They kept our passports and gave us the tokens with a paper that said that we shall contact them if we do not receive our passports within 3 months. The pd retrogessed in that month back to year 2000. since then we did not receive any info/letter from the embassy. the status at the ceac website showed Administrative processing for 1 and Ready for other 4 family members. now when the pd is current we again asked embassy to update us about the case and they are asking for all fresh documents so they can schedule are interview.

were you re-interviewed too? did they send you any official letter for that purpose? Did you have to pay visa fees again?

Kindly guide and share feedback

They asked us to submit new set of pictures and medicals again(we received an email regarding this and my brothers interview) and only my brother had his interview(he couldnt have his interview with the family at the time)They didnt call us for a interview and fingerprints. He was assured and was shown our files after his interview how everythng is done on our case(they even said our AP is done) and we'll receive our passports in 9-12 weeks. Its been more than 12 weeks and we're still in A.P.

Its just wait for...

I got an email from the embassy this morning. They said my husbands visa is issued and he must be in America by March 9, 2014. Thank God our long wait is finally over.
