He VJ members!

My fiancee went to the interview in Uzbekistan and they told her that she was missing "the original I-134" from the petitioner and the joint sponsor (I dont meet the financial requirement so my uncle is sponsoring).

The officer at the embassy did not keep her passport and told her to come back once she gets the original I-134. They didnt even look at our photos nor asked for any evidence of our relationship.

Now our case is under Administrative Processing. Can you please tell us if this is something We have to worry about? because I read tons of negative comments about Administrative processing on the internet and it wasnt something we were expecting :(.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

They will look at your photos/other evidences once she returns with the original i-134.

Ok, but what about them asking for original I134 from me and my uncle and putting the case under AP?

I think the "AP" is just a temporary status because the interview was not completed. It will change once you have complied with their requests.

Hello - my fiancé had her interview on Sept. 26th, and did not have document translation for custody arrangement. She obtained required translation, called embassy, and rescheduled for October 18th. She went back to embassy, showed translation, and was told come back for her visa Oct. 22cnd. She received visa, and immediately left for here - arrived 23rd. It is difficult, but produce everything you can, and she will be here soon. Good luck.
