I just got a notice for the interview next month. It's in Manhattan. I just submitted my application in October and I don't have that much evidence to show them. My husband and I have been living together for 2 years but we don't have anything that show both of our names together. We just opened a joint bank account a month ago, is that enough? Most utilities bills or phone bills are either under his name or my name, never together.

As for the photos, do they require wedding photos or regular photos? Are they going to keep the photos or they'll return to us?

What interview questions do they normally ask? :help: Please give me some tips. THANKS.

If you don't have any mail with both your names on it, bring items addressed to you and items addressed to him showing the same address.

Bring copies of some of your photos for them to keep. They're interested in both wedding and everyday photos.

Be prepared to answer open ended questions about how you met, how you communicated when apart, and why you chose to marry when you did. My wife was asked why she said "yes" when I proposed. I was asked what prompted me to propose to her. These questions forced us to think on our feet and gave the officer a pretty good idea of how genuine our relationship is.
