Hi vj ppl.... Do we need income tax returns if so how many.... Will it b a problem if my fiance jus started working for a year.... Shes only 20

yes they do require tax docs and an affidavit of support to be presented at the US Embassy during your interview for the K1 Visa.

Ok how can she get the tax filling because she start job oct 2012.

since she only started in october of thisbyear, her income might not meet the Poverty Guideline and you will need another individual (co-sponsor)to submit an Affidavit of Support aling with your fiancee's. You need not send this along with the original USCIS I129F packet but it will definitely be required at your visa interview.

No she started last year oct 2012 and she make know $24000, and annually she make $31000 plus
