USCIS Online Customer Service Tools

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites you to participate in a stakeholder webinar on Friday, November 1, 2013 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Eastern) to discuss our online self-help customer service tools.

During this engagement, we will share an overview of our online self-help customer service tools, including the enhanced Change of Address service. This service, launched on October 25, provides our customers with a streamlined process for updating their mailing address with USCIS. USCIS officials will also be available to answer your questions.

To Register for this Session:
Please visit our registration page to confirm your participation. Be sure to provide your full name and organization. Please follow the steps below: • Enter your email address and select “Submit”

  • Select “Subscriber Preferences”
  • Select the “Event Registration” tab
  • Complete the questions and select “submit”

Once your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details.
If you have any questions regarding the registration process, or if you have not received a confirmation email within two business days, please email us at Public.Engagement@uscis.dhs.gov.

3/31/2014 -Approved 5/21/2014- AOS fee invoiced and paid

5/22/2014- AOS package overnighted to NVC

5/28/2014- AOS scanned into the system

6/20/2014- IV invoice email (but fee still locked on CEAC )

6/23/2014- IV fee finally unlocked and paid.

IV package overnighted to NVC

6/30/2014- IV scanned in. DS260 completed.

I phoned in and listened in on this webinar conference for about 30 minutes. I missed 20 minutes of the beginning installing software and then dialing into a secondary audio line. Honestly, I don't there was much to miss because they spent most of the time discussing the change of address feature and describing cosmetic changes to the website. It ended after less than an hour and there was only open question for USCIS at end. Nothing related to I-130 or other visa processing times was mentioned. As we all know too well, that feauture of the website has remained unchanged.

June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
