Hi everyone,

it's great to see we are all moving along and getting into the scheduling and interview stage, mine was moved into that on Tuesday. However I'm still waiting on my EAD it's day 73 now I saw most people have already got theirs. My question is can people tell me their wait from when they changed to testing and interview scheduling and actually getting an interview date and if any November filers are still waiting on their EAD ???

Thanks vjers

im still waiting on an approval of my EAD :( I'm on day 64, counting from the NOA date. My i485 updated to testing an interview on January 1st and i haven't been scheduled yet.

Thanks, I'm hoping it gets approved around next week. Also, do you start counting from the day the form was received or from the NOA date?

Odd, did they not deliver your EAD because of that? Both my EAD and GC were delivered fine and our mailbox has no name card on it anywhere.

Thank you for the info. We're mailing the additional forms with the required evidence tomorrow. I tried to call USCIS to check and they told me that they are proccessing the July 2013 applications as of this time. I am wondering how could that be when there are those approved as early 2 months..

Odd, did they not deliver your EAD because of that? Both my EAD and GC were delivered fine and our mailbox has no name card on it anywhere.

The tracking was updated to "undeliverable as addressed", and after some phone calls and seeing the mailman, he said it was because he isn't supposed to deliver it if the name on that card doesn't match the name on the mail.

I guess some mailmen stick to the rules more than others.

To be clear that is only if you live in an apartment complex or another multi-family residence and there is a card in your mailbox with someone else's name on it, it doesn't apply to single family residences like a house.

I have a town home that has a communal USPS letterbox for the four units, similar to what you might find in an apartment complex. But my last home in Texas had a communal style group of over 20 mailboxes, and that was a single family home in a subdivision.
