10/2010 - met online, 12/2012 - reconnected, 7/3/ 2013 - my 1st trip to England & he proposed! 11/7/2013 - got married in NYC

11/15/13 - mailed i130 & i485 to Chicago lockbox

(Day 1) - 11/16/13 AOS received at Chicago lockbox

(Day 6) - 11/22/13 Email & text message receipt notification received at 12:04 am & check for I130 cleared

(Day 16) - 12/2/13 Biometric appointment letter received, letter was mailed to us on 11/27/13. Appointment scheduled for 12/19/13.

(Day 33) - 12/19/13 Biometrics appointment completed
(Day 38) - 12/24/13 status changed to "Testing and Interview"

(Day 62) - 1/17/14 EAD card in production

(Day 67) - 1/22/14 EAD card mailed

EAD card mailed out Jan. 22, still hasn't arrived. USPS is not my friend right now!!!!

If you login to USCIS.gov and check the status of your I-765 it will show the USPS tracking number for the letter containing your EAD. They usually send it 2 day priority mail with $100 insurance.

I bet! I'm tracking my green card at the moment and it's out for delivery thankfully! I'll keep my fingers crossed that you get your EAD on the 28th!

We received the EAD card!!!!

We received ours 3 days after the expected date, I think it was probably because of the bad weather we've been having

Sent in I485, I130, I 765 November 8, 2013

On January 28, 2014, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I did not receive any email nor a tracking number. I hope it arrives before Friday since I'm leaving to visit the in laws.

11/16/2013 - AOS Package sent via UPS ground shipping (I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765)
11/20/2013 (DAY01) Package delivered to Chicago and signed by CHYBA
11/26/2013 (DAY06) NOA Text messages and emails received
