Hi , there is some confusion . I need your help. In march 2012 I signed I-864 A as co sponsor for my grandmother . My granny is not dependent on me at all. She is fully dependent on my dad .(she is never in my tax return ) Now I am filling I-134 for my fiancé . Can anyone tell me what should I fill in column # 8 and # 9 . I will be thankful.

you would still have to disclose anyone that you have provided an affidavit of support for regardless as to wherher they depend on you financially or not. the Depr of State has a database that has the scanned images of whatever docs were submitted and they can reference to that during your fiancee's interview. your IRS tax documents can show that your grandmother was never dependent on you despite you providing her with the Affidavit of Support in the past.

Thanx for reply , but still i m confused . Well I write down her name in column # 9 . But what should I write in column # 8 . Because my IRS tax documents do not show that she is my dependent .plesae reply soon .

If you signed a I-864 as a co-sponsor to her, it doesn't matter whether you claim her on your taxes or not - she still counts for your household because you are still vouching on her behalf. She doesn't depend on you, but there is a previous legally binding document where you are financially responsible for her.

April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
