i am the petitioner. i am currently confused with some question in I-864EZ.

PART 1. B i am using only my own earned or retirement income, which is documented using IRS form w-2 ---- i am currently employed last Oct2013. i don't have w2 should i continue filing this i864EZ

I would the I-864EZ if your just sponsoring your spouse without any dependent (s). If you don't have your W2 login into the IRS site and request a copy of your last three years tax transcript. NVC prefer these.

Thanks for the reply... My joint sponsor is my mom and dad they have here the copy of W2 can i just recopy this one and send it to them or you'd prefer to go to IRS website for a new W2

If you use the W2 you have to also send the tax return form they file as well for those years. The W2 is not enough to prove that they file their taxes. I would have them get copy of they tax transcripts if they do not have them.

We were just approved on Nov 29th. Have not received our NAO2 yet. But my question is when should I have my husband get his police Cert. He said they are only valid for 30-45 days??

Depend on your country. UK are good for 1 year but NVC like them to be no older than 6 months old.
