Hi,

I just paid my AOS fee, but it's in a process, I print out a cover sheet, which says I should attache it on the top of the package.

So I am not sure do I have to wait to see that the payment is proceed or I can send the package without waiting to be proceed?

Thank you

Where is the cover sheet located? I just paid my AOS fee today as well but I can't seem to find any of the pdf attachments labeled cover sheet. Please tell me which email it was attached to and when it was emailed to you as in before you paid the bill or after. Thanks

I paid the AOS fee but where is the cover sheet located at? The one I see with barcodes are labeled "Affidavit of Support (AOS) Processing Fee Bill Invoice" is that the one?

It's under the receipt tab:

Unless this case has joined the Electronic Processing Program you will need a Document Cover Sheet. You may use the Print Document Cover Sheet button below to print one now. If you cannot print a copy now use the Email Document Cover Sheet button to send an electronic copy to an e-mail address where it can be printed later.

The petitioner must next submit an Affidavit of Support with supporting financial evidence. Click the AOS Processing Instructions button below.

Just an update:

I'd received 2 checklists:

1 for AOS (stupid N/A thing)

1 for IV (Birth and marriage cert originals).

I've responded to the first one and its almost been 30 days when I get checklist for IV :(

Just yesterday I mailed out original birth/marriage certs and their translations. Note for future Nepali filers, the govt translation department has been closed since 2 years, you now need to go to private ones. However, along with the translations, include a photocopy of that institution's permit for translation from the government. There have been cases of additional checklist because translation was not done by govt agency. That permit should help.

Apart from that, now waiting for a month for them to review and (hopefully) case complete. Cya around in the December thread.

Question about the DS/260. Once it is completed online will it require a live signature like the AOS, or can I do it, instead of my husband who is the beneficiary?

No live signature is require, online submitted application. But it will ask who help fill out the application.

Can someone pls update me how many persons one can sponsor?

My father-in-law has already sponsored 2 persons, thus can he sponsor me also?

What is going to be his household size in that case? will it be 2 (both partners) + 2 (already sponsored) + 1 (me ) = 5

If yes, then how much income he should have?

i got this data from some post but its for 2011:

1 household member: $10,890

2 household members: $14,710

3 household members: $18,530

4 household member: $22,350

5 household members: $26,170

6 household member: $29,990

7 household member: $33,810

8 household member: $37,630

When you logged in you see three things:

check.gifAgent/Attorney Name and Address Information:

Completed

--------------------------------------

warning.gifAffidavit of Support (AOS) Fees:

In Process View warning.gifIV Application Processing Fees:

Not Paid Pay

You should click on view link for AOS and from there you should click payment receipts button, on the bottom of that page there are six buttons one of them is print document cover sheet

You can go ahead and send the package. Until the IV fee is showing paid you won't able to fill out the DS 260.

For i-864, do I have to date and sign each sheet on it's top?

Did you fill i-864 or I-864EZ? Where is the N/A required?

You won't necessarily seen an update on USCIS webpage that NVC received it. And for sure USCIS status page won't show the case#. There is no cross-talk. You need to call NVC and give the USCIS receipt# and they will tell if they received the file and/or if they have a case#

Hi,

Where do you need to put "N/A" everywhere, even on the empty date spots?

What did you send instead of original Birth and Marriage original?

They might but it will take forever. I believe they contact the Beneficiary and he/she will fill the choice of agent form.

So to avoid the delay, you call and get the case#
