If you don't put N/A be prepare for a checklist and waiting another 30 working days for packet to be review!

So for example, in Part 2 Item 5, where they ask for A# for principal applicant, did you out None ? or left it blank?

I am sailing in same boat. My case received at NVC on November 12th but they said to wait for 20 days to get case number ... ha ha .. :(

Looks like they slowed the process .. Isn't it? As earlier they use to get case number pretty fast.

Haha.. I was bored so I added them to speed dial and put down all my info in the notes on my phone.. So I'm there with you!

I can only speak for myself, but I put the number that was on my NOA2 for my husband. I put it on the AOS form and it got review with any problem and I also added it on my IV application, still waiting for that one to be review this week or next.

So your husband had an A# already. I am assuming he is the beneficiary. He has been to US before?

The instruction for i-864 ( not EZ or A) clearly tells you to leave blank. But people are reporting they are getting RFE for that even though no one is clearly saying where in the form they have to put N/A. So the confusion. Please share your finding if they reply.

Yes he has, but if your unsure put N/A it won't hurt. But if you want to leave it blank do so. It's just lately a lot of individuals are getting checklist for leaving block blank. Call NVC to be on the safe side.

Hi Guys

We mailed our package on November 1, when can i expect the case to be completed and how NVC will notify me (beneficiary)

thanks

give them 30 days to review may be less may be more. Once reviewed and all is well they will give you case complete and you will get an email around than. Usually most start calling after about 2 weeks.
