Soon you will (Petitioner) receive an email with instructions. If you haven't set up an email address yet, this is the time you do this ASAP by calling NVC.

Email DS-3032 selecting someone as the Choice of Agent (who will handle this on behalf of the application, petiioner). While you are doing all these, there will be email from NVC instructing where to pay the bills for AOS and IV. Once you make payment, it will generate a barcode (proof that you paid). You must print the appropriate barcode and send them as part of your AOS and IV Packet. The link that was sent earlier has all the details. However I am hoping you have all the docs in hand by now. I am hoping you used the long waiting time between NOA1 and NOA2 to collect necessary documents.

Good luck.

Hey ! DS-3032 not 'in play' anymore - everyone required to send off the DS-261 now, as of 1 SEP 2013.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I am curious, does it give you a time frame in which to pay the fee? My case is a little unusual as I am trying to prolong the process until we get some things worked out before we really get the process moving forward with NVC. We haven't been contacted by them yet but application was approved and it has been sent to there.

You get '1 year per thing' at NVC, and there are 2 things at NVC to handle (AOS and IV) .

Wait a sec why I have to fill up the form DS-261 , I don't have any agent. Everything I did myself. So should I ignore it or how should I fill this up ?

Also for the IV packet, I sent them everything when I applied so I don't know if i have to send them again. but I think I will wait for the mail from them to see right

Another choice, would be,

to read in the link I've provided.

It's your choice, always, to click through, and read.

I don't think there is a time frame but make sure that a year won't pass without communicating with NVC to keep the case active.
