Hey again!

So, I have my interview a week tomorrow, but it took me calling and eventually emailing the embassy to find this out. They told me my interview time and date in the email and said a letter was sent to me on the 22nd October (package 4), but as of today I still haven't received it. Do I need this for the interview? I'm sure I read somewhere that it was needed, but going over everything again I can't see it. I've asked for another one to be sent to me. I've registered on the site I needed to in order to pay the fee and I know I need to take the receipt with me from that.

Anybody know?!

Thanks!

Our letter was supposedly sent on the 22nd as well, and our interview is tomorrow and still don't have an actual letter. I was told that it's okay to not have one-they will have your name and appointment time on their list at the Embassy door. You'll have all of your other paperwork, including a copy of your DS 260, so you should be fine.

Hi

My letter came today despite being told it was sent out on the 22nd, it's dated 30th Oct! Oh well.

Good Luck and Best Wishes to you for your interviews

Hmmm, sounds like somebody didn't do their job properly!!!! Glad you got the letter though - I've given up hope at this point. I'll probably just print the email out from the embassy stating the time and date just as a back-up.

Good luck with your interview! I'm sure it will go well :)

All I'll say is, is that it's a good job that we all found out about the interview dates before hand, and not got the information after the fact and missed the interviews! How did you guys find out your dates? We had never signed up for email notifications (don't ask why as I have no idea)! So if I hadn't followed up with it I would never have known. Good luck you guys!! Sure it will go well :)
