Here is the deal, in short.

In march this year my husband needs to leave to go back to the states due to his visa here in sweden expires, we have one 1 yearold and one other baby on the way due around christmas and we filed our petition in august..

As our papers wont be ready by march, or the chance of that very slim at least, I was thinking as I'm on maternityleave regarless, why don't we all go in march, to visit and spend time with our family there and then me and the kids fly back to sweden after the 90 days, or sooner if we get an interview at the embassy in sthlm sooner than expected.

I would of course have a 2 way ticket for me and the kids, my concern is to travel that far with such young children and not being let into the country.. I'v never misstreated my priror visas or overstayed or had any other problems with immigration, at all..

What do you think? "have a nice stay" or "you need to step aside and wait for an officer to escort you to a gate".

does anyone have any experience on the subject?

If you're traveling with VWP you will always have the chance of beeing turned away at the border. My wife (German citizen) never had a problem traveling to the US while I-130 pending, but I know friends where she was put back on the next plane to Europe. You will just have to take the risk...

It's amazing how many questions can be resolved with a 2 minute Google search...
