Quit because there's absolutely no beneficial reasons to be smoking in the first place. It's disgusting, and a huge a turn off. Respect your body, and especially the health of innocent people around you, including nature.

How? Cold turkey. Find a hobby to fill your time. Find a family member or friend who also smokes, and quit together. Go to the gym instead.

what's your input to help smokers

Find a partner who's happy with placing one of their body parts inside your mouth, to assist with staving off the smoking.

Why ? smoking has a psychological component to it, and it's better to be suckling on something else, than a cigarette.

Yes, for many, that might mean yer replacing the desire for smoking with sex, but where's the harm in that?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Electronic cigs.....been a life saver for me

I've tried to get my parents to at least try them as they don't seem to want to quit. You would think after strokes and heart attacks they would want too but nope still chain smoking away.

Hahahahahaha Darnell may not be as socially acceptable in public places though!

Why quit smoking?

1. Think of the money you'll save. (Seriously!)

2. Health. Your lungs will be happier, and if you get sick, your lungs won't be as prone to horrible badness. Oh and that hacking cough the heavy smokers always have? Yep. Gonzo.

3. Clothes/car/house are less smelly.

I've tried to get my parents to at least try them as they don't seem to want to quit. You would think after strokes and heart attacks they would want too but nope still chain smoking away.

My son had a baby sitter whose mother was dying of lung cancer yet still puffed away under the premise that it couldn't hurt any thing else.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Quitting smoking is a life-style change. Many folk forget that.

My approach is good, because it's also a life-style change. Must to hustle to 'get in private' often, throughout the day.

My approach is ALSO FUN !

Who doesn't want FUN, when trying to quit smoking?
