A/C is on here in Florida. But I am not happy about it. I'd like to actually feel chilly(but not freezing!) as Christmas approaches, not hot. :(

Lows overnight in the 40s, day time highs in the 60s, gorgeous blue skies: does it get much better than this for mid-winter? Not running the AC but have the windows open during the day. Lovely!

You'd think being here in the mountains it would be cold....nope! Upper 60's during the day. My beloved Canadian says this is a heatwave. :D

Who wants to switch households with us Floridians? Like that movie 'The Holiday'. Come on, I need a cold place to visit and see snow possibly. :D

Warm winters depress me...but it's something you get used to in Austin.

One day it's 35 degress, the next...75. So I usually get a few cold days of Winter before another 8 month Summer approaches.

I live in the wrong state.

ONE DAY AT A TIME....

What's is this thing that you call a coat?

j/k :D

I think it's sad I don't own a winter coat and have not for a long time. The pitfall to that is if I do visit a cold place, I have to wear layers to stay warm since I don't have a good coat. A tank top under a shirt, under a sweater, under a thin jacket with a scarf, oh and gloves too. And then I'd probably still be cold.

I'm in Maine, and we'll be running the fan in the AC unit (because it's too cold for the AC to kick in) all winter. Just because my husband is a "cold" person.

I'd be more than happy to roast quietly, but no.....

Make sure you're wearing clean knickers. You never know when you'll be run over by a bus.
