One Sept 26th I received a NOA1......My lawyer was the one that sent out the I-130 packet......

It was under initial review per USCIS website.....Then they said they received an undeliverable mail...But I received my NOA1 already. I confirmed with my lawyer and my lawyer stated they probably had his address wrong because he never received our NOA1.

I just logged on and it states:

On October 21, 2013 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Will this effect the time now? I am so stressed out. sad.png


Also my lawyer says as long as one of us received it, it will still continue with the process that we are good....

Sounds like they may be sending you the petition back. I pray not. What did you lawyer submit? Did they supply you an exact copy of what was sent in?
