How long does it take for the consulate to receive from NVC?

Can't speak for Vancouver... but it took Montreal a couple days for us.

Thankfully, Vancouver will be much faster in the next step... you will likely have a pre-Holidays interview (whereas Montreal is booking into March)

In all honesty, Canada isn't that far. I believe the package is shipped from NH or MA to Vancouver, so it can take a week I would think, but if these are sent across the world and received within 5-7 days, something is wrong.

I'm definitely over thinking this, but I don't know what'll happen if it's lost or anything.
