Yes, your I-129F has been approved. Mine was also at TSC and now I am waiting for my case forwarded to listed consulate on our I-129F. I know everyone is different but a week after my fiance got our NOA-2 hardcopy in mail, I was started calling NVC and DoS.

Read this post and maybe some others can shed some lights for you. Good luck!

If you don't mind, can you fill your timeline in, please? It will help some other people journey here. Thank you. content.gif

Edit:

After your fiance received NOA-2 hardcopy, it is no harm to try to call NVC or DoS to get your case number. You put your case number on CEAC to get an update status of your case. Last but not least, congrats for approval.

Hi Girl from Celebes!

I am wondering that how do you know your case move from USCIS to NVC, you tell that check on the USCIS website after type receipt number right? And is it okey if my fiancé call NVC to know about our case number even he didn't get NOA2 hardcopy in mail?

And I want to ask you about the income, how much income we need to accept visa?

Thank you for your help so much!

You only call 2 weeks or a week after you receive your NOA2 hard copy, is really too early to call if you have not even receive your NOA2 hard copy.

Your fiancé needs to make 125% above poverty guidelines, think its about $19k for 2 household size.. Not sure how many household size does he have.

Sorry I am replying on my mobile right now so I can't get you a link for poverty but you can simply google 125% poverty guidelines for United States. Pretty sure it will pop out there
