N-400 November 2013 Filers

And I just got my email and text saying I've been placed into the Oath Scheduling Que! Now I'm hoping they'll get me into the April 9th L.A. convention center ceremony for 5000 of us soon-to-be citizens!!!

Well that is strange - who knows how they determine when to change the status. Do you usually get your notifications on a certaind day of the week? All my emails and texts have come on a Friday.. Maybe they have some secret system set up...

My interview was before noon, maybe you were in the afternoon? I'm just throwing out possibilities..

Well I already check the online status and called the 1800 number already. The tier 2 office not help at all. She said it still in the processing time and give them another months and call back after April 16 which is 90 days. I don't know what is going on.

I am afraid that the same thing happen to me with GC. my GC it took me 6 years. Now the n400 any more advice. I don't want to do the infor pass as yet because I know what the answer will be.

Six years for the green card??!!!!! That's outrageous. I guess you just have to wait until April 16th... But I bet you'll be placed inline before then.

The only text that I received from them was on 11/20 (wed) saying my case is received and given a receipt no., and my interview appointment was 9:30...

Shirt and sweet ceremony in Pittsburgh. We didn't start till like 10:05 am

But scheduled to arrive at 8:45am. Took about 45 mins max, whole ceremony.

About 50 of us and we had a reception afterwards at the omni penn.

I didn't show up at the reception tho but all in all proud to be an American.

ravi_niu i can see we both have almost the same timeline for citizenship and we have the same field office. did you get any updates yet for oath schedule? i did not get any notification for que yet. i so wanted to get an infopass if i dont hear anything by the end of March. i think they are delayed. my interview with the IO last 02-12 was so slow and it took him at least an hour to interview and review each of his assigned applicants. he approved my application and gave me the paper though but until now no news. so frustrating

hello,

this is my first post here... been checking the website out for years since 2010...

im curious if there's November 2013 filers that filed in Baltimore? seems like it's backed up? called on the 89th day (i thought i might have lost the mail) and was told that "baltimore office is backed up" and no further assistant. as of today it's been over 90 days (100 days exact) and I still haven't gotten my interview notification, though on the USCIS case status, it is indicating as "testing and interviewing." gave USCIS a call on the 800 number and had a case open, but it'll take up to 2 weeks until i hear back from anyone... anybody has similar experience here?
