Bundle of thanks for sending briskly responses. I had my FP done on 12/18 as of today no such update not even "In Line" just wondering how much longer it's gona take more ? My anniversary date is on Feb 22

As I posted earlier that my 5th anniversary is next month on 02/22. Wasn't I suppose to get "in Line" by now? Anyway I called USCIS just to see what they are up to, I don't why this representative was updating me with the process timeline thingy he was like "oh currently we are processing July-2013 cases" and you have a long way to go !!! I was like dude you should surf on Visa Journey sometime bunch of pals who filled in Nov they started getting their Interview dates lol

It's time for status update, nether on web nor over the phone my status is updated but out of blue I just received that yellowletter.com asking to bring DL & whatnot which raise another silly que that how far are they to reveal the Interview date . . . any clue ?

There doesn't seem to be any consistency there, and it also appears to depend on your local office. You might just as well have received that letter after your interview appointment letter, or not have received the letter at all.

Does that Yellow Letter stands for "In Line" for Interview?

No, the Yellow Letter does not stand for anything.. your status can be checked online at the USCIS website and it will tell you if you are "In Line" for interview and you can also sign up for email/text updates for your case. The USCIS website status will say if you have been placed In Line for the interview que.

Thanks much for the clarification! My online status never been changed (after FP) auto email update was set up right then, now there are 3 weeks left on my 5th Anniversary !!!

Well my case status did not change to In Line for interview until over 1 month after my fingerprinting, and my eligibility date was over 15 years ago. It just depends. Or you can call the customer service number and ask them. Some cases never change to In Line and all of a sudden you will receive an interview notice in the mail. They are not perfect with their system...

Not sure about that.The USCIS website status sometimes does not update anything,it depends by each field office.For my green card they did not update anything(fingerprints notice) till after my interview was done.The yellow letter should mean that all the background checks have been completed (spoke to USCIS officer on the phone about it) and in my opinion that is the date should be as you called 'in line".Anyway,i have received my yellow letter dated january 10th so I will let you know when i will get my interview letter and if my status online will change or not.
