Case number! Yay!

Hi guys! Just want to share this great day that after 37days, we already got our manila case #! We were approved Sept. 23! So for those of you who are still waiting, and have a date around like ours, i suggest try calling NVC this week. Might be your lucky day too! On to the next step. Yipee! But i have a question though.

1. What to do at this point in time while waiting for USEM to receive it? Can i already schedule for medical?

i am also approved last september 23.. but until now my husband don't receive yet the hard copy of NOA2 for approval... do you have any advice as to what we need to do? congratulations you're one of the lucky applicant that paper's works fast....

I always think that the best step to take is the safe one . But also i understand that excitment can lead to take fast decisions. In my personal opinion i think waiting for the package 3 before to book any appointment or medical is the safest way to go. I didnt book my appointment until i heard that my package 3 was logged in at the embassy in Montreal.They took almost 3 weeks to reviewn it and then they sent an email saying i was ready to book an appointment and after that I called to the clinic to book for my medical as well.

where they will usually ask you when is your date interview is. At least this is how it works with the embassy in Canada, and again choosing the safest way can save you of inusances in the future.

I have a question. My status on ceac was updated 23 oct, but yesterday the status updated date changed to 29oct. I understand they are doing smth with m,y case at embassy. But what would they do? Send me package 3?

I just followed Hank's guide. I was so excited when we got the approval, then the MNL number...things move pretty fast from now on. I think it was less than we week for us between leaving NVC and getting to the embassy. Every case is different though.

Now that you have your MNL # ... it's ROCK 'N' ROLL time!!

You can pay your visa fee, schedule your interview and ... yes do the medical.

The medical is first come, first served, but you can pre-register online to save a little time when you first arrive.

Thank you Maribel&Kyle. I know I should pateintly wait for the package 3. I hope it should come soon. I had failure with medical today, so next week I will go to do them, so anyways have to wait. Maybe it is good cause I have to be patient
