Now my question: how we get the case number?

Calling or ncv send a letter with the case number?

I was approved near the end of August and it took over a month for the NVC receive the papers from USCIS. Just be patient!

I don't know about email. It's just faster to call, then you can instantly hand over emails and phone numbers.

It will take some time.. mine took 43 days to get to NVC and get a case number. Be patient, they will get it eventually!!

We received a letter from the NVC with our case number. It took about a week from the date we got our case number over the phone for my fiance to receive the letter. If you aren't in a hurry, just wait for the letter.

You do receive a letter by mail with the case number after it has been assigned. You can just know the number sooner by calling. If you have the patience you can wait for it.
