Let's see.....Let me be calm and not use any bad language. Interview was 12/5/06 and visa approved. Digna was told by a consular official that she would have her passport back and visa in no longer than 1 week. Well now, per the Visa Service Center (outsourced company in Mexico) the embassy does not know what they are talking about. Now the time frame is an additional 1 to 2 months for her to get her passport and visa back. I have bought plane tickets for December 29 and planned a New Years Day wedding. That is now ***ked up. I would try to email the embassy but they did not answer my last 2 emails when we were waiting for packet 4. Oh, packet 4......we paid for a courier service to deliver packet 4 to her in San Salvador, but they sent it to me in the States by regular mail. I had to scan the documents and send them to her by email so that she would have them for the interview. Oh, and packet #3, we recieved packet #3 twice. I wonder what clowns the embassy hires. Political rejects that could not make it in a legislative office on Capitol Hill? Anyway, that is my vent for this evening. I pity anybody that has their soul captured by an El Salvadorean beauty.

Medical completed Friday, Oct. 27. Instructed by clinic staff to call Embassy (Visas USA) for appointment.

Arrival SFO Dec. 29, 2006

Married Jan. 03, 2007
