Question in re connecting/attaching items in the I-129F "package"

I have wondered if it would be desirable to connect/organize the various items packaged together with

Form I-129F. Should the whole mailing, or the seperate sections, be paper-clipped, or stapled, or placed into a binder or folder(s), or just left in "loose leaf" form and placed into a large manilla envelope? Can you advise? Thanks.

no- no binders, no loose leaf no staples use paper clips,make a cover letter,list all your documents and other papers

sorry about that, go to the us post office use the large envelope priority mail send with tracking

we used 2 big paper clips attached on top and arranged it according to how the items are listed in the cover letter...
