POE with K3 - just curious

she is planning on moving to the United States, just not right at this moment.... but she wants to go across the border and get the K3 paperwork taken care of, so she doesn't have to worry about that when she moves with all her stuff...

Entering the US with a K3 takes not much longer than entering without one!

I thought it was already clear what I wanted to do originally, though the point is moot since I'd have to gain access to pre-clearance at the airport with a boarding pass. I wanted to reduce the time at the POE for when I fly out or move with my animals and have the visa already entered into the system with biometrics, taken, etc., etc.

Like I already said, I wanted to have it activated before I drive across with my animals. I've read it can take as little as 15 minutes but some people have had to wait a few hours.

I wasn't stressing about it, just trying to figure out the best way to do things to avoid unnecessary hassles especially with animals in tow.
