Thanks so much for the clearification.I-140 was also file for me then follow by this i-130.the whole process is just taking longer than expected.

Well maybe because they don't know what they are doing? I-130 should never have been brought into the picture. This is for relatives! Not workers. Also why didn't you travel with the H1b visa? You need to educate yourself on this whole process because nothing that is being explained to us makes any type of sense. This immigration lawyer where are they? What are they hiring you for?

You really need to provide some facts here, what have been filed and when. The earliest H-1B can be filed for is April 2014 as this year's quota have been used in about 5 days back in April. So unless organization is quota exempt, they are not filing for H-1B for you.

Queen!!!av not even gone for the interview at all,it was the hard copy of My b2 visa dt was scan to me thru mail. N i-130 n i-140 was told is d neccessary paper for me to change My status from b2-h1 visa.

You don't file I-130 for work visas. You don't "change" from a B2 to H1B when you are outside the US. All H1Bs are sold out this year already. There is nursing retrogression. wacko.png

A quick google would have turned up the basics.

Being e mailed a visa was a pretty good clue.

So who were they, website link?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Ya they are lying. They are not your relatives they cant file a I-130 Petition for Alien Relative.

Here are all forms that could possibly be filled for employment proposes. http://www.uscis.gov/forms?topic_id=1129&search_q=&=Go

So what is the web site of your prospective employer?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
