ok . let i explain again.

I came with k-1 visa . I married on time (during 3 months) on 2011,

i sent my I-485 and i-765 to USCIS . USCIS never answer on my I-765 . but i got i-485 my receipt number (MSCXXXXXXX) . still i am waiting for green card. I hadnot interview too .

( please see my Time line )

We called to USCIS during these 2 years more than 16-17 times, each 45 days. to see what is happing my case. But no real answer from them.

------------------------------

We went in info pass . the clerk said us "i can filled out another "1-765" and "I-131" to chicago center."

I did .

-----------------------

Now, They sent me I-797 C , Natice of Action

They put this sentence in my I-797C notice.

The above case has been received by our office and is in process

Please verify your information listed above and immediately notify the USCIS National customer Service center at the phone number listed below if there are any changes.

Please note that if a priority date is printed on this notice , the priority does not reflect earlier retained priority dates.

IF you have questions …, bah bah

---------------------------------------

My question are :

question 1 : I want to know what is meaning {{{{ Please note that if a priority date is printed on this notice , the priority does not reflect earlier retained priority dates.}}}} ?

question 2 : They give me 2 new RECEIPT NUMBER (MSCXXXXXX) for I-131 and i -797C for I-765 ) , Also I have another MSCXXXXXXX for my I-485

That is normal ?

3 RECEPIT NUMBER for 3 ( i-485- i-131-1-765)

--------------------------------------

Sorry i had mistake on first post. thank you for your help

When you leave out words like "date" from "priority date" so that it only reads "priority," you change the entire sentence.

If you want an accurate meaning of a sentence, you can not leave out key words.

-----

The retained Priority Date stuff is generic. It a general notice. It does not apply to a K-1 seeking to adjust based on marriage to a US citizen. It does not apply to you.
