When do we file I-751? What is the 90 day window? Is it 90 days upon entering USA? does that mean I have to include it in the I-485 packet? or is it after I-485 is approved? What is joint filing? One spouse is already USA citizen, the other spouse entered on K1, do we do joint filing in this case?

You file ROC within 90 days of your 2-year GC expiring. It's almost 2 years after your GC is approved.

If you just came on K-1 visa, then you do not yet have a Greencard at all, and you will not ROC for years.

You need to file your AOS packet now, to get a Greencard and Permanent resident status.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

As said above. Good advice.
