DHL status for Visa (Ciudad Juarez)

My fiancé's visa was approved last Thursday October 24th and since then we've been tracking it on the DHL website.

This morning the status changed to:

"Arrived at Delivery Facility"

How soon will it say that it's ready for pick up?

Or is it ok to go pick it up already?

Any info would be greatly appreciated

call the DHL number in Mexico.... I believe it is ready to be picked up..... Is the DHL office far from your finace´s house? If I were your fiance, I would just pass by with his identification and check on it.... good luck and congrats!!!
