Just wondering if any of the MENA folks are in the Northeast, and if you are would any of you be interested in some sort of get together? I would love to meet all of the peeps who have so many times given me advice, held my virtual hand and been friends and a great support to me throughout my journey. We could make the meeting after the holidays, and I would love for it to be in Boston, or NH, even at our home, but anyplace in the area would be great. We could do it with or without spouses. For dinner, for an overnight(I get a huge discount on rooms at the Radisson as I work there), or even just a pot luck at our home. Just throwing the idea out there, I think it would be fun. I can arrange everything if anyone is interested.

We would definitely be interested in that. We are in the NE...not as north as NH but a little travel never hurt anyone! Disregard my location in my profile... ;)

Funny you say that, I have been dying to go to NYC. If we decide to do a weekend in Boston, I get rooms at the Radisson for $60 a night, it is very affordable and we can get suites with 2 double beds and share rooms if anyone wants to bunk together.

Ahmed and I live in Connecticut which is just in your backyard dancin5hr.gif .

Wow, you are very close. I never knew there were so many in the area.

Wish some of you guys were down in south Florida!

with the cold weather we have been having I wish I were in south Florida too!

What part of NE are you in? I grew up in Massachusetts. So happy you and so many others are interested. Is everyone thinking of bringing their husbands?

I have never been to the west coast. Hopefully once Moath gets settled in his job and after we buy a house( we are planning to soon), we will be able to do some traveling. We both want to head west
