my mother will be the co-sponsor for our case and we already have her pay stubs, IRS paperwork, passport copies, 864A etc etc.

My question is this: my dad is not working and is generating 0 income, so we just had my mom fill out the 864A. Will immigration care that my mom's tax transcript says 'married filing jointly?" Because my dad is on the tax transcript, is he required to be a sponsor also (i,e another 864A, passport, etc etc)? I,e; I just have my mom's info. Is that enough to send it in?

No, it really depends on how many people are dependent on your mother. If your dad is one of them and your spouse will also be one then her income should be higher of what 3+(Mom+dad+spouse) people 125% above poverty guuideline and if she is then you're good to go.

edit: Which is also equivalant of an exact amount of "24,412$ USD Yearly". So if shes making that amount or more you should be fine
