I just got my interview letter and it was dec. 17, I was expecting it to be dec. 2 3 or 4 but that didn't happen. So can someone give me an idea what reason I can give when I call us embassy tomorrow? I need to be in california before christmas because...

I wanna watch the lakers vs. heat on christmas eve. Lol

But thats my reason really. :)

July 16 2012: I-130 sent

July 18 2012: Priority date

July 3 2013: NOA 2

NVC

July 17 2013: NVC received my case file

July 19 2013: case number and IIN received, ds-3032 sent

July 26 2013: ds 3032 and AOS invoice fee received. AOS fee Paid

July 29 2013: AOS package sent

July 31 2013: AOS package received at NVC

Aug 01 2013: AOS entered for review

Aug 02 2013: ds 3032 accepted

Aug 03 2013: IV invoice fee received via email and paid; Sent IV package to NVC

Try to call the embassy, and ask if there is still a slot on the dates you want. I made an appointment online and I can change it to any date available. Hey, I wanna watch that game too dancin5hr.gif I hope it's not that expensive like the finals.

DCF is totally different. NVC makes the appointments in his case.

I am thinking also to change my mom interview.. I want middle of nov. So that she can be here by thanksgiving.. Is the NvC rescheduled the interview?

NVC does the scheduling in your mom's case, don't know that they will see cause to reschedule because of Thanksgiving.

NVC does the scheduling in your mom's case, don't know that they will see cause to reschedule because of Thanksgiving.

I thought they close midnight? Eastern time.

Now my questions is. How will i know that my mom documents already send at manila, philippines?

She said they will not notify us. And how long it takes to send that documents?

Any idea?
