I don't know. I didn't go there. We left our luggage and electronics stored free by our hotel after we checked out. We collected it after the interview. I don't think they are actual lockers. Somebody else will have to explain. I've just heard the two prices mentioned. People only leaving a phone tend to say £3. People with large bags pay more.

Ring them and ask. I wouldn't want to get there and find out they don't.

Most people I saw were dropping off phones , tabs and other small items. I think it cost me £3 to leave a key fob.

I just asked my husband and he said it doesn't work like that in that they aren't lockers. He had an Ipad and other stuff that was sealed into an envelope - kind of like a large UPS pouch that he then signs over the seal so it shows it wasn't brokent into...he stayed overnight and had a change of clothes in a bag and they did the same thing with that bag and just sealed it and charged him for the two items. It's been a few months so he wasn't sure how much it cost but he thought about 8 pound(not sure how to do the pound sign lol) for both..definitely a bargain. Hope that helps - good luck. :)

It does thank you! Sounds like i may be better asking the hotel im staying at to store them for me, likely free, and for the sake of an extra mile walk! Make it easier to get first in the queue space too if im not part of all the people at goulds biggrin.png

Sure :) that would work too - I don't think he stayed as close to the Embassy as you are and he had a 3 hour trip back to Wales and wanted to get back asap so it was more convenient to go there..he also thought it was a locker before he arrived and was happy with the security of it but I've left things with hotel personnel before..I would just put a lock on whatever bag you keep your computer in - you just never know these days. :)

Thanks Jeannie. I thought it was more like a coat check room where the items are stored together, and you need a claim check ticket or something to retrieve them. Your details were very helpful.

It was £6 yesterday and that was to leave a large hold all plus mobile phone and iPad which they bagged separately. They said if I needed to return to add or remove anything it was an additional £3. You get a raffle ticket to keep to reclaim your belongings!

Yes they charged me £3 per bag... my camera, phone and ipod went into one UPS-like sealed envelope, and my backpack containing a folder and food had a tag strapped to it which was another £3 :) I had to sign 1 piece of paper per bag and they gave me raffle ticket like pieces of paper with a number on so they could give me the right items back
