Hi, im really confused and i was wondering if anyone knew anything that would help

My LPR mother filed for me in 2012 when i was still under 21. Now i am 21 and i received notice that my I130 is approved. My priority date is Jan 18, 2013 but my notice date was Sept 27,2013 and i turned 21 on June 14 of this year. I dont understand how i received this after my 21 birthday, i received the letter stating i would be moved into F2b category but under the I-797 approval notice its approved as F2a. Is my application still valid. I am confused about what this means?
