Many of the cases of same day rather some of next day have got status update but mine is still the same un Ready state. Plz help me out what can I do, me and my fiance are worried. wanna be together at the earliest.

Have you called the embassy/NVC? Many people get their visa n passport in 2-3 days, many takes longer... !!

Nov 10, 2011: - NOA1
Apr 22, 2013: - NOA2

NVC:

May 18, 2013: - NVC Case no. assigned

May 18, 2013: - Received AOS via email

June 12, 2013: - Received mail, AOS shows paid ($88 and $230)

Aug 12, 2013: - AOS package and I-864 sent

Sept 20, 2013: - Case complete @ NVC

Oct 02, 2013: - Interview Letter Received

Oct 10, 2013: - DS-260 sent online

Oct 17, 2013: - Medicals done

Nov 12, 2013 Interview ( Approved)

Nov 13, 2013 : ISSUED

Nov 19, 2013: POE

the same here our interview was on Oct 21 , 2013 , and i was handed out 221(g) to submit fedral tax 2012+2011 , the missing docs was submitted at next day along with my passport by Fed Ex and since my interview our status was AP till 3 hours back was changed to 'Ready"

Omg. Now I am more worried pallu:( I wish I was the lucky one to get the Visa and passport in 2-3 days.. Oh God plz I get the good news asap. That is tomorrow morning. Plz all others also pray for me.

dont worry, check the status in two days as it states. it will instruct further what u have to do . whether to pick up ur pass port or whether it is delivered and necessary steps to be taken there after. dont worry just be patient.

this is personal experience as we have been through same process and we panicked too. check ur status at ceac status check. smile

But u know what the case status has not changed after two buisness days thats why we are more worried. It has been in Ready state from past 4 days including sat and sun today was after two buisness days. The issue is others visa and pp have been issued

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

they will call u .just be patient, if nothing happens by the end of today then call embassay..

just b patient.. I ll pray for u. I have seen many vj members getting same situation but after 2- 3 days they get ISSUED. Wait till Friday. If everything was fine at the time of interview and it is approved there is no reason to delay.

Smwhere i read delhi embassy takes times in issuing if urs is delhi than its quite normal. So be positive.. before friday u ll get it.smile.png

just b patient.. I ll pray for u. I have seen many vj members getting same situation but after 2- 3 days they get ISSUED. Wait till Friday. If everything was fine at the time of interview and it is approved there is no reason to delay.

I kept on checking my Visa status whole day it nvr changed
