Good day!

My Fiancee will have her interview at USEM on 07NOV13. I will be arriving in Manila this weekend to be with her on that day. We have the following documents, are we missing anything or are we good to go? Thank you!

1. NBI Clearance

2. Police Clearance

3. Verification of Employment

4. 2012 W2

5. 2012 Tax Returns (1040z)

6. Cenomar

7. Birth Certificate

8. Interview Appointment Printout

9. Affidavit of Support (DS I-134)

10. Passport

11. DS 160 (to be completed this weekend)

12. SLEC Medical done 17OCT13-18OCT13 (refused Immunizations)
