I got this update does it mean my Card has been approved?

Card/ Document Production

On October 22, 2013 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

Did you submit an I-765 or i-131 (or both) concurrently with your I-485? If so, this will be your EAD/AP combo (if you haven't already recieved that. I'd need to know what form this update is pertaining to to answer your question).

I submitted both it only says this for the I765 not the I131. I'm not sure if it's an approval.

Then yes, this is your EAD card and this status will once again update with a USPS tracking number once it has been mailed. They mailed mine 2-day priority. Even though the I-131 hasn't updated, you are likely receiving a combo card. I received my EAD/AP combo card a couple weeks ago and the status online for my I-131 still says post decision activity and never changed to card production even though it's in my hand. Congrats your EAD will be on its way shortly!

Ok I'm update never went to post decision. It jumped from intial review to card document production. I've gotten no more updates since 22 nd.
