I-864ez errors

I sent in my affidavit of support and after 26 days I receive email stating this: Part 3 is very simple and straight forward, thus I dont see any information missing or incomplete? Other than the well documented problem with line 14, not able to check that I am a US citizen. But after printing I manually placed a X their.

For the issue with gross income verses adjusted gross income, I have corrected.

So I dont understand their request to download a new i864ez and start again, as can just as well print this off with the correction of income, but I have no idea what they are talking about in Part 3 that is not correct or missing???? It clearly states that line 9 is only required if different than mailing. So this is the only line(s) not filled out.

Anyone else have problems with part 3?

Sorry, I will try again: I sent in my affidavit of support and after 26 days I receive email stating this:

General Instructions
[x] You will need to complete and submit the new form completely filled out (all pages required), which includes the changes noted below. Submitting single pages of the form with the correction is not acceptable. In order to make corrections you will need to download a new form at www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov.

Part 3 Information on the Sponsor
[x] This section is incomplete, please answer all questions completely.

If a question is not applicable,

please indicate N/A in the appropriate space.)

Part 5 Sponsor's Income and Employment
[x] income indicated on the I-864EZ Part 19 does not correspond to that shown on the most recent tax return and W-2(s).

They want a whole new form again. Why? because it needs a new signature and date. You cannot just send the page they want corrected, the NVC requires the entire thing.

It's best to to change what they asked to change and write n/a in the mailing address spot or repeat the physical address.
